We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Analyst to join our team.
This role involves evaluating customer service operations, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to improve the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and measuring customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
About the Role- Evaluate customer service operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management review.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
- Strong fluency in written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce expertise.
- Industry knowledge: consumer goods, food & beverage, hospitality.
- Experience in manufacturing or service-driven environments.
