Our team is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our organization. The right candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the end-to-end journey of our customers.

Job Description

This role sits in Deal Management and Order to Cash as part of the Customer Fulfilment Cycle. It involves managing customer relationships, driving accountability, and communicating improvements for the customer journey.

The Customer Success Specialist will support daily operational activities, including non-voice and voice customer interactions, DM acquiring activities, and new business customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for a defined customer portfolio
  • Support daily operational activities – non-voice and voice customer interactions
  • DM acquiring activities such as customer, retailer and system generation disputes
  • New business customer inquiries and documents assessment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree preferred (Business-related major) or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or operations
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Resilience and patience when interacting with challenging customers
  • Effective communication across different channels
  • Continuous improvement mindset
