Additionally, the Customer Experience Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of human-centered design across the organization. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of design principles into existing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, design, or psychology.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design principles and practices.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
