We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
