  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer-facing roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Prior experience in achieving sales quotas and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with CRM systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
You will:
  1. Manage high volumes of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily.
  2. Utilize contact search and productivity tools to verify customer information.
  3. Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.
  4. Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to address customer concerns.
  5. Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails.
  6. Capture customer expectations, experiences, and satisfaction - Voice of the Customer.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive customer experiences.
