Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will be working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • You will be participating in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge in customer service and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services
  • Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) written and communication skills
  • Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce

What You Will Do:
  • Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats
  • Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps
  • Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows
