We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner to resolve issues and concerns.
- Provide solutions for specific requests as per established process guidelines.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing support.
- Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS.
- Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate.
- Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus).
- Preferably with travel account experience.
- Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Can start ASAP.
