As a Client Director, you will lead the development and execution of our strategy for assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive client relationship strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and proactively identifying client needs and challenges.
  • Lead proposal development and manage delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring successful project outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Oversee team performance, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and team member satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Creative thinking style and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that prioritize collaboration and humility, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop deep understanding of client's business and build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
