Project Manager - Strategic Leadership Role

We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive business success. This role involves managing project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

In this position, you'll be responsible for defining and refining project scope, planning resource allocation, and securing approvals. You'll also develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates and ensure proper resource availability and utilization.

You'll plan and sequence project activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage Jira boards. Additionally, you'll track project performance with Jira metrics, monitor team and individual performance via KPIs, and send regular progress reports to stakeholders.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking. You'll need to demonstrate proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and mediating conflict to ensure project cohesion.

As a Project Manager, you'll act as a liaison between clients and developers, translating business needs into technical action with exceptional communication skills. You'll also be responsible for high-level analysis, process optimization, and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience doing project management
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning and team allocation
