Lead Sustainability Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Southeast Asia advisory services team, driving business growth and market expansion across key markets.

  • Foster strategic partnerships and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Deliver high-value advisory services, managing key client relationships and cultivating revenue growth opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
  • Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling advisory services, securing clients from corporates and financial institutions.
  • Strong P&L management experience with revenue growth achievements.
  • Extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in SEA.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement).

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage key client relationships, delivering exceptional advisory services.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective P&L management and strategic partnership development.
