Inside Sales Representative

Join a dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Representative where you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach. Your duties will include cold calling, emailing, and texting prospects, setting appointments, and nurturing past leads via CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Prospect daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms.
  • Convert social media inquiries into appointments.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with lead statuses/notes.
  • Nurture past leads through follow-ups and query resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with accurate lead notes and statuses.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
