Job Opportunity:
Customer Success AmbassadorWe are seeking a customer-focused professional to support our clients on our purchasing platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to ensure clients are fully functional on our platform.
- Manage communications and account needs for lower-tier accounts.
- Support onboarding for new clients, including account setup and introductory training.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to address client needs and promote engagement.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or account management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace.
