Key Position in B2B Travel Commerce

As a pivotal member of our Partner Success team, you will provide strategic support and drive growth for our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will focus on executing partner strategy, fostering engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to thrive with our platform.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, centered on maximizing partner satisfaction and enhancing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement for Korean-speaking partners.
  • Drive adoption of new products and features across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance and inform data-driven decisions.

Essential Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly desirable.
