
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Engagement Lead to spearhead client success initiatives. This strategic role will involve collaborating with clients, coaching and developing high-performing teams of virtual assistants, and shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing and feedback.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage expert communication skills to build strong relationships with international clients, fostering lasting partnerships and driving mutual growth.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delivering solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance client experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding processes and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their virtual assistant services, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, and team coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a focus on professional-level written and verbal interactions.
- A results-driven mindset, with a keen understanding of what drives both client satisfaction and employee success.
- Fixed monthly salary and allowances.
