
Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Growth Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives; identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services.
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of the German market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
