We are seeking a skilled professional to help grow our presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new leads through online research, calls, and networking.
- Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records with lead and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
- Leverage RChilli's HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
