Business Development Role Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with sales expertise, skilled at making effective outreach calls and emails, and driven by meeting targets.

As a Business Development Representative, you will connect with potential customers, move them through the sales pipeline, and help secure new business. You will work closely with our team, learn about the construction industry, and sharpen your sales skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound sales calls to qualified B2B leads, utilizing strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Conduct targeted cold calls and emails to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to keep them moving through the pipeline.
  • Manage and update all communication, tasks, and leads in CRM software.
  • Work directly with our team on daily sales activities.
  • Create and refine scripts, outreach templates, and sales processes.
  • Support other operational tasks as needed to help the business grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years outbound sales or cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience working remotely in a professional setup.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and open to feedback.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and consistent with outreach efforts.
  • CRM experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in commercial construction sales is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert is a plus.
