Inside Sales Manager Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager plays a vital role in the success of our organization, collaborating with global experts to solve clients' business challenges and strengthen their relationships through streamlined commission payments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, identifying relevant contacts and developing business relationships.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and information to prospects, partnering with senior sales teams to achieve new booked business quotas.
  • Demonstrate solution-selling and relationship-building skills, interfacing with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of Sales Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Comfortable using general Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
  • Able to handle high outbound call volume with a corresponding high talk time.
