
Sales Growth Specialist

The first point of contact for prospects plays a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline. This position collaborates with account executives and sales managers to schedule meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Compiling lead lists using industry directories, websites, and social media platforms.
- Conducting research to personalize outreach efforts, focusing on company size, focus areas, and pain points.
- Qualifying inbound leads and determining fit based on established criteria.
- Scheduling consultations for sales managers or closing teams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within a customer relationship management system.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and events.
- Understanding the organization's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
- Tracking and reporting outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
Requirements include:
- 6-12 months of sales development experience in the healthcare, aesthetic, or wellness industries, with additional background in customer service or business process outsourcing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Proficiency in leading research and personalized outreach efforts using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase.
- Experience using CRM systems is required.
- Availability to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
