Job Opportunity: Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to expand our client base and promote our biodiversity assessment services. The successful candidate will develop strategic marketing plans, engage with potential and existing clients, and achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and scout new business opportunities, create effective marketing strategies, and execute sales transactions.
  • Promote and present our services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or related fields; experience in biodiversity assessments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a hybrid setup.
