Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven sales professional to generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling, email, and text prospecting to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Prospecting daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms (Zillow, RedFin, etc.)
  • Converting social media inquiries into appointments
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records with lead statuses/notes
  • Nurturing past leads through follow-ups and query resolution
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially in maintaining accurate lead notes and statuses
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
