Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to support our global operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding, maintaining and protecting confidential employee data, and providing global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations, with a working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support for employee data transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Workday and other HR systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Provide expert-level support by researching and resolving complex HCM process and data issues.
