Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to a dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various tasks such as processing FMLA and ADA accommodations, tracking training and performance evaluations, and generating HR reports.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims across HRIS platforms and reports with high data integrity.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files using BambooHR and Paycor systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits and data integrity.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.

Requirements:
  • Amenable to work flexible hours.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Can start immediately.
