We're seeking an accomplished Data Analyst to spearhead our data strategy and analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and digital marketing. They will be responsible for managing the ETL pipeline of digital media, third-party, and client data streams across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include developing data visualizations, reports, and ad-hoc analysis for both Kepler and client usage. The successful candidate will also unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for internal and client use.

A key aspect of this role is providing input and guidance on data visualization and reporting structures to team members. Additionally, they will proactively identify trends and opportunities in performance data, working with team members to provide strategic insights that drive optimization and campaign strategy.

The successful candidate will become an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem and media analytics tools across digital channels, including display, mobile, search, social, and online video.

Mentorship and training junior team members on data best practices, tools, and proprietary software will also be a critical part of this role.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data management tools like AWS S3, Athena, and Amazon Glue Studio
  • Proven ability to manage ETL pipelines and automate data workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in developing complex data visualizations and reports
  • Proficiency in English
  • Self-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial team environment
