Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional

This role involves end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) process management, ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, while enhancing collection rates and optimizing cash flow.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
- Key responsibilities include generating and analyzing AR/AP reports, aging summaries, and key metrics. Collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal teams is necessary for resolving payment issues.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for recommending improvements to streamline AP/AR workflows, assisting in audits with proper documentation and record-keeping, and monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is required. Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, combined with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, is essential for success in this role.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
