ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM PHT

Arrangement: Full Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable member will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

· Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices, issuing statements and following up customers.

· Accounting for all Direct Debits

· Issuing remittance (automated process)

· Reconciliation of Bank accounts and Fixed Assets, payables and receivables.

· Capitalization of fixed assets and reconciliation of Work in progress

· Suppler reconciliations

· Credit Card Expense claims audit and reimbursement.

· Raising Purchase orders, following up purchase orders not approved, or Purchase orders not raised.

· Accounts Payable weekly reporting

· Capex Reporting monthly.

· Processing Stock Invoices directly into SAP.

· Archiving Purchase orders/closing process

· Other related tasks assigned

Qualifications


• Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology; Advantage if CPA licensed


• A minimum of 2yrs is accounting experience is desirable.


• Has leadership capabilities and is interested in leading the team in the future


• Advantage if with experiences in an accounting/ audit firm


• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal


• Attentive to detail and organized


• Good time management skills


• SAP Experience is desirable
