We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic remote customer service representative to support our clients in delivering exceptional service.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving, and providing accurate information to customers.
You will also be required to document interactions and process claims accurately, follow scripts and policies while using available resources, and protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
