Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer complaints specialist to manage and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.

This is a critical role responsible for protecting our brand's reputation by providing timely, effective resolutions to complex customer complaints and disputes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy, as well as a strong problem-solving mindset and proficiency with Zendesk and modern telephony systems.

Responsibilities
  • De-escalate and Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer complaints and disputes via phone.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and proactively to solve complex problems, taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document all customer interactions and resolutions in Zendesk to maintain a clear record and identify recurring issues.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve processes and prevent future complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication in English, Emotional Intelligence and Empathy, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Mindset, and Proficiency with Zendesk and Modern Telephony Systems.
