Job Description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level Customer Experience Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat. If you're passionate about customer care, detail-oriented, and thrive in creating meaningful connections, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, communicate, and respond to our customers via email and chat.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services.
  • Build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements:
