Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Member Experience team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or telehealth settings.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).

  • Provide personalized support to customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with doctors to resolve technical or customer-related issues during consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer comprehensive information about products, services, and treatments to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Document customer feedback and maintain records using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings and processes to provide excellent customer service.
