Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist is accountable for delivering exceptional customer interactions through various communication channels. This includes phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will embody the company's voice, providing personalized support to customers and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns
  • Assist customers with website navigation, tools, and platforms
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a multi-channel environment
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with internet/web technologies and social media
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo imaging software a plus
