Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, from order processing to inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels, order processing, and shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and coordinate with 3PL warehouse teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, logistics & inventory management or a related field in the Ecommerce and retail space.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and technologies, including Fulfilled By Amazon.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
