Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an E-Commerce Account Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and be able to provide excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for monitoring platform activity, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

About the Role:
  • Sales and Marketing – meet ecommerce KPIs and targets
  • Customer Service and Management - provide solutions to customers' common issues and expectations

Responsibilities include editing and entering products into Marketplace eCommerce system (Seller Center), integrating with retail operating systems, developing and implementing eCommerce ads, managing day-to-day operations between warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, etc., communicating with internal teams to coordinate inventory level/merchandise planning, new product arrival/promotion, providing regular reporting to Accounting Department and direct reports, and providing regular reporting, insights and recommendations to Brand Director on ad campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration course or any related Business Course
  • Minimal but significant experience in E-commerce operation
  • Knowledge in Shopify, Magento and other platforms or similar experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
