We're looking for a strategic and hands-on TikTok E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize our live selling initiatives and drive our affiliate network growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop operations, live selling programs, or affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track and improve performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social commerce and community building.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in FMCG, health & wellness, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms and affiliate tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations beyond TikTok (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is a plus.
