Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest queries or complaints and provide timely updates on concerns.
  • Oversee the support e-mail and social media accounts in an efficient manner.
  • Procure office supplies and other needs for the operations team.
  • Coordinate daily store order demand with store managers.
  • Assist operations managers and area managers with administrative duties.
  • Perform other support tasks such as filing and data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage Operations Industry.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
