We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and acting as the primary point of contact within the organization.
- Developing sector and market expertise to gain a clear understanding of customers' business drivers and requirements.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with clients to anticipate their needs and forward them to the relevant departments.
- Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B iGaming experience, preferably in an Account Management or Casino Management role.
- Fluent English language skills are essential.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult clients and pressure.
- A problem-solving approach and excellent analytical skills.
