Drive Business Growth with a Cloud Communications Provider
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team in California. As a key player in driving new business and addressing the strong demand in the region, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to make a significant impact.
About the Role:
- Create and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop technology field sales plans, leveraging remote resources to engage and deliver new customers.
- Partner with regional partners to effectively identify, engage, and deliver new customers.
- Owning strategy around pipeline, forecasting, and go-to-market for respective area.
- Demonstrate experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications).
- Demonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota.
- Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering to, and adopting a measured sales process.
- Success in prospecting, engaging, acquiring net new logos.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
- Entrepreneurial flair - ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
- BS degree, continued training and education preferred.
