Job Description

This is a remote position where you will be responsible for prospect identification and research. You will actively identify potential clients within target industries and personas that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect Identification & Research: Identify potential clients through research.
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to determine if our solutions are a good fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our sales team.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities and track personal performance against KPIs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales. They should also have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to personalize outreach.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
