
Business Development Manager

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key store personnel to develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs that enhance their skills and knowledge.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for Agency Supervisors and Area Coordinators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs via regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Foster strong relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits and customized tabletop reviews to understand their needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely execution of promotions by coordinating with partner agencies and suppliers.
- Conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows to maximize visibility and sales.
- Manage regular and special POPs, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, MS Displayer, and special containers.
- Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for ACs at the store level to ensure smooth operations during store visits.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and submit routine reports as required.
- Manage the accomplishment, consolidation, and encoding of incentives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and business acumen, basic marketing and computational skills, and a willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere.
