Office Assistant

We are a leading sports technology company, operating at the intersection of sports, media and betting. Our expertise is relied upon by over 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators and consumer platforms across 120 countries.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in various administrative duties such as managing gate passes, work permits, phone calls, emails and mail processes.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office common areas and small offices.
  3. Coordinate with colleagues to schedule meetings and events.
  4. Take minutes during meetings and update internal records and spreadsheets.
  5. Cooperate with administrative teams for issues related to elevators, floor comfort rooms, air conditioning, parking slots.
  6. Ensure timely processing of government permits and maintain electronic files.
  7. Act as a Petty Cash Custodian, adhering to established standards.
  8. Provide welcoming assistance to visitors and ensure their needs are met.
  9. Support VIPs, colleagues and clients with requirements such as booking flights, restaurant reservations and other tasks ensuring their comfort.
  10. Assist in procurement activities and identify at least three suppliers or contractors per requirement.
  11. Monitor equipment maintenance to prevent repairs and extend equipment lifespan.
  12. Conduct regular rounds to enforce office house rules, physical security and clear desk policy, issuing necessary notices to employees.
  13. Act as Health and Safety champion when on duty.
  14. Manage supplies inventory, monitoring and reordering as necessary.
  15. Be prepared to handle unexpected visitors according to BCP protocols.
  16. Coordinate with head office for office reportorial requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a Business Management or Communication degree or equivalent certification and experience.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, able to effectively communicate with others.
  • Flexibility, especially regarding night shifts.
