Job Summary:
Outsourced is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, customer service and office support skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking the application process, assisting with general administrative duties, and ensuring overall customer and internal team member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resume requests - Create and format candidate resumes for use by recruiters in a standard format.
- Position Marketing Document Request - Prepare recruitment requests and marketing documents for associates to present opportunities to potential candidates.
- Marketing and Correspondence Letters - Run reports to create marketing correspondence for follow-up and ongoing client engagement.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for information and reports to assist in creating and maintaining the integrity of the database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree.
- At least 1-3 years of professional work experience in an office supportive role.
- Excellent administrative and customer service/support skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday (12AM-9AM). For Alabang office and can work temporarily at home.
Good internet connection with at least 10MBPS upload and download speed.
