Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Customer Service role at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance with questions and problems.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Analyzing common complaints and problems through report analysis.
  • Utilizing knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerting supervisors or lead workers when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of completed college education with no back subjects.
  • We are also accepting high school graduates or senior high school graduates with a minimum of four years of BPO working experience.

  • No issues or concerns reporting onsite 100%. Candidates living nearby our offices will have better advantages.
  • Ability to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, and split offs as necessary, including holidays and weekends.
