Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with computer and other IT-related hardware or software. You will provide high-quality support, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Log and track incidents using current call tracking software
  • Research and troubleshoot technical issues using various resources and tools
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Participate in IT accounts processing for onboarding, procurement, and offboarding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and system developments to provide accurate information and solutions to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in currently supported versions of operating systems, software applications, and collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting PCs, monitors, printers, local area networks, VPN connectivity, and other IT-related hardware
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with customers
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and report technical issues
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on documented processes

Other Opportunities:
