APAC Partnership Development Specialist

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-impact, client-facing professional to grow clients' footprint in the APJ region by managing and expanding our network of partners.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align clients' solutions with market opportunities, drive revenue, and execute go-to-market strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver results through partner collaboration will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and expand clients' partner ecosystem within the APJ region
- Champion clients' priorities and solutions with key partner stakeholders and internal field sales teams
- Define and implement partner-specific enablement plans, aligned with joint sales strategies focused on application security, zero trust, and compute
- Drive new business acquisition by evangelizing clients' technology to prospective and existing partners
- Execute and support channel sales programs to increase engagement and revenue generation
- Built and maintain trusted relationships with partner leadership and clients' regional sales teams
Requirements and Desired Skills:
- Strong background in partner/channel sales, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity space
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Natural communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Experience in managing complex conversations and resolving business challenges
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights and drive business decisions
- Self-starter with a high level of resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
