Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute our capital-raising, investor outreach, and partnership development initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, identifying new market opportunities, and helping to shape the Company's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of investment products, strong networking capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex deals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (required)

·      Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred

·      Certifications such as CPA, CFA or similar financial certification can be a strong advantage

· years of experience in business development, investor relations or capital raising

·      Ability to identify and develop
strategic partnerships

joint ventures

·      Strong understanding of investment vehicles, financial markets, and capital-raising processes

·      Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships or investor commitments

·      High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment

·      Willingness to travel as needed
