E-Commerce Partnerships Business Development Lead

We are seeking a strategic partner to drive business growth by cultivating relationships with high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, focusing on expanding our network and nurturing commercial partnerships.
This is an offshore role that requires a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for customers. You will manage supplier relationships, from outreach and negotiation to ongoing support, ensuring efficient product delivery and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, source, and secure new suppliers through negotiations and agreements.
- Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
- Maintain and update product catalogs, including complex pricing structures.
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Track key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
