Job Title: Real Estate Technical Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to clients in the real estate technology and brokerage sectors.

This role involves handling client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel under performance goals, and be eager to grow in a client-facing support role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat (inbound & outbound calls).
  • Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step SOPs, process guides, and provided tools.
  • Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with leadership in daily check-ins for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
  • Adapt between support channels (email, chat, phone) depending on business needs.
  • Maintain schedule adherence within the 8 AM – 10 PM ET coverage window (Mon–Fri).
Training Path:
  1. Week 1: Intensive product training.
  2. Weeks 2–5: Focus on email tickets with daily performance goals.
  3. Post-Email Training: Transition to chat support or directly to phone support.
  4. Ongoing: Aggressive, hands-on training approach with assessments, coaching, and structured documentation for success.
Requirements:
  • Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS).
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
  • Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLA goals.
  • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
