We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated support professional to join our real estate operations team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide users through platform challenges and self-learn tools to stay one step ahead.

About the Role:

  • This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning independently, can manage multiple communication channels at once, and is comfortable building client-facing responses without relying solely on templates.
  • Strong English skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer support or technical experience.
  • Experience in live chat or tech support environments.
  • Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and task tools.
  • Quick to learn new systems and troubleshoot on your own.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
