Job Overview

This role involves financial modeling, market analysis, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, and communicate findings with stakeholders.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing financial documents.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or related field.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to think independently and analytically.
  • Familiarity with financial software and internet searching techniques.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g. cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
