Property Valuation Expert

Our organization is seeking a diligent and analytical Property Valuation Expert to collaborate on key projects.

This role involves intricate financial modeling, market research, and preparing comprehensive reports to support informed investment decisions.

  • Conduct thorough research on real estate databases, analyze the data, consult with external parties (e.g., brokers), and produce an in-depth analysis of findings.
  • Assess real estate investments, encompassing acquisitions and developments.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate property performance and returns.
  • Investigate market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Compile detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
  • Support due diligence activities, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  2. Relevant degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; advanced financial modeling skills preferred.
  4. Ability to think critically and independently.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
